Typically carpets take 6 to 8 hours to dry. We set up a dry pod air mover after each room cleaned for about 10 to 12 minutes reducing that dry time by half!
2. Do I have to move any furniture prior to your arrival?
No, if you want to move furniture just remove the small breakables! We use sliders to easily move furniture to clean under and replace it on tabs to keep off the carpet until it fully dries!
3. How long does it take to clean my carpets?
The average job takes between 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
4.How often should I clean my upholstery?
Depending on how much use your upholstered items get, every 6 months to a year will keep them looking good.
5. Do you provide deodorizers?
Normally we don't use deodorizers because are cleaners are hypoallergenic and just smell clean and fresh! Our suggestions would be getting them sanitized instead.
6. Do you provide sealing for tile cleaning?
I would suggest sealing those grout lines after cleanings to prevent staining material such as spills or debris from penetrating and staining those freshly cleaned grout lines. Furthermore, a simple mopping or sweeping can make them look great again!
7. Is it possible to return blackened grout to its original color?
Even heavily soiled grout lines can be brought back to their original color with a quality grout cleaner. Call on us to get it back to the original status.
